How long does my order take to ship?

Because each item is custom, please allow for 2-3 weeks for eCollar straps and slip leashes and 4-6 weeks for painted products. If an item is needed within a certain timeframe, please inform us when placing your order.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes, we do offer international shipping. Buyer assumes any customs charges and/or fees.

What is your return policy? 

Because all of our products are customized, our return policy is limited. If an item needs to be adjusted, we are happy to offer free adjustments within reason. Due to the high-degree of customization of each collar and leash, returns and refunds are not accepted. For collars, please ensure you measure your dog's neck appropriately and ensure your e-collar receiver fits 3/4" strap. Painting and tumbler orders cannot be returned or refunded.
