How long does my order take to ship?

Because each item is custom, please allow for 2-3 weeks for eCollar straps and slip leashes and 4-6 weeks for painted products. If an item is needed within a certain timeframe, please inform us when placing your order.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes, we do offer international shipping. Buyer assumes any customs charges and/or fees.

What is your return policy? 

Because all of our products are customized, our return policy is limited. If an item needs to be adjusted, we are happy to offer free adjustments within reason. Customers not satisfied with their eCollar strap or slip leash may return the product in “like new” condition and will receive a full refund. Painting and tumbler orders cannot be returned or refunded.
